*NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING* The Thorntown Town Council will be holding a Special Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM. It is to be held at Thorntown Town Hall, 101 W. Main St., Thorntown, IN 46071. This meeting is being held for the adoption of a Resolution Authorization Execution of INDOT Agreements.
