Introduction to the New UDO Presentation
Public Hearing
The Special Meeting of the Thorntown Advisory Plan Commission scheduled for January 26, 2026 was postponed to February 2. The Special Meeting was called to hold a Public Hearing concerning a recommendation to Town Council to adopt both the text and the map for the new UDO. Members of the public were invited to attend and offer comments. You may also send comments in advance of the meeting to the Planning Administrator at planning@thorntown.in.gov.

Plan Commission did not vote to certify a favorable recommendation. They will meet again on February 9 to make changes and certify a favorable recommendation. There will be no Public Hearing at this meeting, but members of the public are always welcome to attend.
